Know before booking
Cancellation Policy – Non Show
- No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 14 days before confirmed charter date when the full amount has been prepaid.
- Any cancellation notice made within 7 days prior to charter applies 50% cancellation fees when the full amount has been prepaid.
- Any cancellation notice made 36 hours prior to charter applies 100% cancellation fees when the full amount has been prepaid.
- Full refund will be given if the charter does not materialize due to weather conditions and cannot be rescheduled when the full amount has been prepaid.
- The deposit paid is non-refundable. (If you still are not able to make the cruise, you don’t lose your deposit money, but we will give you an open day voucher to pick another date in season 2025 or 2026 and arrange a new cruise after contacting with the company.)
In case of bad weather no fee is charged. We usually contact you 24 hours before in order to postpone the cruise.
Keep in mind, that during our cruise you must have with you your passport or a photo of it, showing your face, personal details and expiration date. It is a requirement by the Greek Port Authorities since 01/01/2018. If you do not have any of the 2 above, it is a reason for cancelling the cruise.
We can change these terms at anytime without providing any notice of the changes.
Booking Conditions
Confirmation:
- Guarantee to valid form of payment is required at booking.
- Usually a deposit of 20% or 30% of Charter is required at booking & is non-refundable. (If you still are not able to make the cruise, you don’t lose your deposit money, but we will give you an open day voucher to pick another date in season 2025 or 2026 and arrange a new cruise after contacting with the company.)
- The remaining amount will be charged on the day of the cruise (according to the way of payment, cash or credit card).

According weather conditions we can reschedule your departure time and itinerary.
The departure and duration of the tour is not the same throughout the season, due to the different hours of sunset.
We can change these terms at anytime without providing any notice of the changes.

Can not say enough good things about our experience with Sail Away. We booked last minute for a private motor cruiser sunset tour and truly had one of the best nights of our lives! It was super comfortable and lovely and they took us to all of the best swimming spots on the island, as requested. Great team, great boat and great tour! We were lucky we were only 6 on the boat, made it very intimate and unforgetable experience. Seing all the other boats overcrowded with people really made me enjoyed more our boat!We had a lunch on the boat and went for a swim close to the volcanos.
We could not ask for better! Excellent communication, pre-sailing. This was, by far, the best excursion of our vacation.
From the time we boarded the catamaran, to the time we returned, our every want was attended. The crew was magnificent. They were informative, never let our wine glass empty, and they served a feast fit for a king!
It truly was a very special trip that will live in our memories for some time to come.
Went out with 5 of the family for the day sailing. From pick up to stepping onto the boat and back we have to say it was an amazing day. Theo and Harry both top class and made us feel comfortable from the minute of arrival. Views, swimming and the food was exceptional. couldn’t recommend enough. Boat was excellent, clean and we felt safe throughout.
This was a wonderful day spent on the Aegean. The catamaran was beautiful and clean. You are asked to remove your shoes upon boarding which I thought was a great idea.The staff immediately asked if anyone had sea sickness, and yes, me, and even though I prepared and took medication, the staff kept a close watch on me, observing me and asking how I was doing throughout the tour, as the sea was rough. However, the Captain and staff were so gracious, I believe they would have done so even on calm waters. The staff was top notch in every way. A delicious meal was prepared and served with panache. We anchored so we could swim and while cruising, the highlights of the coast were pointed out. Towels were provided also. A great touch!

We booked this tour on the recommendation of our hotel staff, and it was the highlight of our vacation to Greece. We scheduled the sunset catamaran cruise for our family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 children ages 11-18). We were picked up at our hotel at 3:15 and enjoyed a private boat excursion all around the island, with stops for snorkeling and swimming, dinner prepared for us on board, and picture taking at sunset. Everything was spectacular, and worth every euro spent.
