• There is no charge for cancellation 72 hours before the confirmed charter date, when the full amount has been prepaid. The same applies in case of deposit payment.
• For any cancellation notice up to 72 hours prior to the charter date, a 100% cancellation fee applies when the full amount has been prepaid. The same applies in case of deposit payment.
• Full refund will be given if the charter does not materialize due to weather conditions and cannot be rescheduled when the full amount has been prepaid. The same applies in case of deposit payment.

In case of bad weather, no fee is charged. We usually contact you 24 hours before in order to postpone the cruise.

Keep in mind, on the day of the excursion, each passenger must have their passports (or ID cards) available, either in paper form or electronically (a photo on the mobile phone is sufficient). If they do not have it, it is a reason for cancelling the cruise.
