Booking Conditions

Confirmation:

  • Guarantee to valid form of payment is required at booking.
  • Usually a deposit of 20% or 30% of Charter is required at booking & is non-refundable.
  • The remaining amount will be charged on the day of the cruise.

In case of bad weather no fee is charged. We usually contact you 24 hours before in order to postpone the cruise.

According weather conditions we can reschedule your departure time and itinerary.

The departure and duration of the tour is not the same throughout the season, due to the different hours of sunset.

We can change these terms at anytime without providing any notice of the changes.

Cancellation Policy – Non Show

  • No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 14 days before confirmed charter date when the full amount has been prepaid.
  • Any cancellation notice made within 7 days prior to charter applies 50% cancellation fees when the full amount has been prepaid.
  • Any cancellation notice made 36 hours prior to charter applies 100% cancellation fees when the full amount has been prepaid.
  • Full refund will be given if the charter does not materialize due to weather conditions and cannot be rescheduled when the full amount has been prepaid.
  • The deposit paid is non-refundable.

Keep in mind, that during our cruise you must have with you your passport or a photo of it, showing your face, personal details and expiration date. It is a requirement by the Greek Port Authorities since 01/01/2018. If you do not have any of the 2 above, it is a reason for cancelling the cruise.
